Aerospace connectors offer advanced EMI filtering options

July 10, 2024 By Redding Traiger Leave a Comment

Mobix Labs Inc. has launched new EMI filtered ARINC 404 and ARINC 600 connectors for defense and aerospace applications. These connectors can be customized with planar arrays, ceramic Pi Tubes, or chip capacitors to meet military specifications, balancing cost, quality, and performance.
The connectors are designed to provide reliable performance with EMI filtering options to maintain signal integrity and minimize resonance. They offer insertion loss of 70-80 dB for Pi filters and 50-60 dB for C filters, suitable for challenging environments.
Features of the Filtered ARINC 404 and ARINC 600 Connectors include filtering options such as planar arrays, ceramic Pi Tubes, or chip capacitors for signal integrity; insertion loss of 70-80 dB for Pi filters and 50-60 dB for C filters; customizable designs for aerospace and defense applications; construction designed to withstand shock, vibration, and extreme temperatures; and competitive pricing and lead times.
Mobix Labs’ ARINC 404 and ARINC 600 connectors are available for customization to meet specific military and aerospace compliance requirements.
