Allied Electronics to carry TE Connectivity’s DEUTSCH Connectors

Allied Electronics, a trading brand of Electrocomponents plc (LSE: ECM), announced that they have signed an agreement to carry an extensive line of TE Connectivity’s DEUTSCH Connectors, including Hermetics for use in harsh environments, Common Termination Junction (CJT) modules, designed to conserve space in a variety of applications, and Mil-Spec Contacts, useful in connectors and other electric and electronic components.

“For more than 70 years, DEUTSCH Connectors have been one of the leading manufacturers of high-performance solutions for harsh environment applications,” said Eric Smith, Product Director for Allied. “Their robust product line includes Connectors, Feedthroughs, Contacts, Cable and Assemblies, Coupling Systems, and Accessories used extensively by the Aerospace, Defense, and Marine industries, as well as the Industrial, Rail, and Commercial Transportation sectors. By adding their outstanding product line to the Allied portfolio, we strengthen our already dominant position in the Industrial Connector space.”

Fred Scott, National Distribution Sales Manager for TE Connectivity’s DEUTSCH Connectors added, “Allied Electronics is an outstanding distributor with a strong and diverse customer base. Partnering with Allied helps TE to reach all of the available customers for our products.”
